To mark the foundation of the religious order 800 years ago in Toulouse by St Dominic, the monks asked local artist Nicolas Giraud known as 100Taur (centaur) to paint a 100 square metre mural on one of their buildings in Rangueil in Toulouse. With the help of the brothers armed with rollers and brushes, the artist, whose work is far from the conventional "graffiste" style, designed a striking image for the monastery.
