Who is this Sue from Poorpaws?

Situated in the South west Lot region of France, we are not a refuge but try to home some of the many abandoned and unwanted dogs in the area – and sometimes beyond. The dogs we take in live en famille with us here and in good size secure parks. Although we started only taking a couple of dogs, we can now have up to 15 at any one time. The majority of these will never find new homes due to old age or behaviour peculiarities but we usually have a good selection of ” adoptables” and if we don’t have what you are looking for, we will pull out all the stops to find the right dog for you.
Everything we do is on a purely voluntary basis. We receive no official financial aid. I have several little jobs to raise funds and my partner is (still!) building our house. Our feed and vets bills are considerable, each dog where possible being vaccinated and neutered before leaving Poorpaws. So, please, if you are looking to adopt a dog or a cat, give a Poorpaws a chance, the buzz you will get from giving a previously unhappy dog a good home is tremendous and you will have a good and faithful friend.
Please contact us on 00 (33) 565 24 53 03 (please leave a message) or email us susan.glibbery@orange.fr to see what is available and give a ‘poorpaws’ a chance of happiness.
Val says I often flick through the happy adoption stories on the website. Sue has rehomed hundreds of dogs in  the  Midi Pyrenees area.   Well done Sue            Comments to taglines82@gmail.com
