I watched " Place in the sun last night" before we went to the cinema, unless I missed it at the end at no time was it asked " do you speak French ? or will you learn French" The programme was doing a comparison to buying in Devon or buying in Tarn and Garonne. The presented the beautiful village of Montaigu de Quercy and said "this would be their village" I thought that would be the natural time to say, but the natives all speak French.
Perhaps someone who saw the end could let us know if it was mentioned in the round up at the end. We know from social media that the couple bought the house they loved in T&G.
