Bare trees and a ruined castle

Dear Val, Malcolm and facebook

Brrr its winter only 10 degrees, but the fire is doing its stuff and we are still going out and having fun.
We were at the end of a days walk which ended in Laguépie and decided to go down to the river so the dog could have a drink.  Looking up I saw the ruin of the Château Roc perched above the confluence of the Aveyron and Viaur rivers.  The sun was going down and this partly silhouetted the Château and with the cirrus clouds gave it a nice surreal lookin fact it reminded me of the Château de Puivert which was featured in the film 'The Ninth Gate'.
