How France manages Flooding

There's just been a piece on Radio 4, You and Yours, where they interviewed people at this government office in Toulouse. It was very interesting but of course you may not be able to get iPlayer. It's the Friday 15 March broadcast - not on iPlayer yet. It's downloadable as a Podcast (whole week's broadcast in one) next week I think.

PS: was somewhat impressed to see on this web page that the French have a strategy for National Cavities. Bet we haven't got one!
