It is Spring and yes houses are selling. In our little coin one house that has been for sale for some time has sold. Well done to the Dutch couple but sadly you may move further south from our area. We have heard of another house in the area but will wait for the 'compromis' to be signed before being sure.That is seven houses I know of being sold. Adjust your price if possible and get things moving and if you want a special 'promo' on TAG let me know. A lot of these houses are being bought and sold in the area.
