to be a dog or cat needing a home , there are special sites Poorpaws in the Dordogne, Phoenix also in the Dordogne ( both easy to google ) whose sole purpoes is to do this. I do though have a rather soft, infact " marsh mallow" spot when it comes to pets. So how would it be If I had a new tab for pets needing rehoming ( Malc will think of something catchy for the tab) but promise me if I do that you will click on that tab and consider a pet. The latest dog needing rehoming is my favourite " a Golden Retriever" now anybody who knows our Bonny will know they are wonderful dogs without me going on. If you like walking your socks off and love that feeling of being special to someone, a Golden is for you, if you do not like too much walking get an old labrador! ( talking about you Twister)

je vous envoi la photo d'un golden retriever mâle de 5 ans! Rocky s'entend bien avec les autres chiens et les enfants! pour les chats c'est pas l'entente parfaite!!! il est pucé et vacciné mais pas castré (il est un peu fugeur du coup, mais un jardin cloturé devrait faire l'affaire)! il est encore chez sa propriétaire vers toulouse! sa maitresse veut se débarrasser de rocky au plus vite, donc le pire est à craindre!

OK so Maeva is telling us that there is a male Golden who needs a home. Good with children and other dogs, not sure about cats. He has been puced which means he has his registered number in his neck ( micro chipped we would say) He has all his vaccinations up to date but he has not been castrated. Now that is totally essential and that is why he runs away, castrating will set you back 100 euros, ish. On the other hand a golden retriever to buy can cost anything from 500 to 1,000 euros ( Bonny was at the top end ) He would need a fenced garden, but so would most dogs, fence a section if not all the garden If a home is not found fear the worst. What an awful thought for a dog who could give you so much love. Contact Maeva if you want a " golden treasure"
