Painting the Capitole

Artist Emmanuel Flipo "painted" the Place du Capitole in Toulouse on Friday afternoon, to mark the fusion of the regions into Occitanie. The work was performed over the midday break, accompanied by music and watched by an amazed public.

Described as "conceptual and ephemeral" the work was sponsored by a local aerospace company..
