I only know the good
Another lovely hot day, two of the boys opted for the Fête du battages and the rest for the swimming at Laguepie.
They attract a lot of attention our boys and so far all of it positive.
Yesterday I was asked if Malc and I were a " famille d'accueil" by a bar owner. I explained the situation with trepidation and was relieved at the positive response.
Today when we went down to the river, as soon as I arrived a man I did not know a Frenchman called Gill came and asked me all about the boys. Once again I explained all about the St. Antonin refugees and how we had built up a relationship with them. He immediately asked how he could help, did they need clothes, can I give you my telephone number incase they need anything. Then he thanked me for my kindness.
You know there are racists but I cannot but believe the majority of us are caring people.
