Bernard Mengin set off in his plane from Carcassone, an engine fault occurred and he had to use his parachute. The plane crashed in Spain just over the border and he ended up in trees above it. He stayed suspended there for three days, unable to get free.
He was eventually found and released and transported to hospital. Bernard age 67 year old, who is not seriously injured will live to fight another day, with tales to tell.
