We called in Simply this morning to the check Rachel's facts are correct and also to ask about the staffing of the new out of town Carrefour. I am pleased to report all staff and they are locals will be kept on with similar working conditions. Simply will close after the 10th of May and will then be run by Carrefour. The Carrefour in the village will also stay and I am sure meat products will be supplied from the slightly out of town butcher.
A good outcome for all I think.
