No it is not those donkey chums, it is the two acacia trees dripping white blossom. A sweet, strong cloying smell, I love it. I hope we do not have any strong wind for a few days as in the past the blossom has been blown off too soon. Malc when putting the hens to bed just stood near a tree soaking up the smell. I did not like to say the trees are also loaded with pollen and Malc will probably find himself suffering with hay fever tomorrow.
