Who knows about gas cookers?

A couple at Caylus have a problem with their gas cooker, do we know anyone who does repairs?

We've never used him, but everyone seems to swear by Eric Brousse, owner of the Quincaillerie at Puylaroque.  

On the left as you drive up into the village from Caylus direction.  Would certainly be worth asking if he can help.
