It takes weeks once you decide to sell and invite immobiliers round before you are likely to see anything happen and your house on the pages of these sites. We are still in the process of signing mandates and having pictures taken. One immobilier is on holiday, have a good time and with the other two it just takes time. We have been comparing properties in our price range and the price looks reasonable we are told. To be honest there is nothing to compare to Mas del Sol, and we wonder how long will it be that we can enjoy the paradise we live in.
People we meet say "have you sold yet" thinking TAG is the market place but for selling houses,
I think specialist sites are needed. Once people decide on an area they then discover TAG, but how often am I proved wrong?
Once again I stress we will be staying in the area, just downsizing.
