This show is being planned for the beginning of August in the Salle des Fetes at Varen. If you look in the top bar you will see I have temporarily moved some labels to add the Salon label.
The committee are deliberating categories, entries etc. this week and the lists will be published the week after.
The committee at this point are three French ladies, one Dutch and two English, Malc and I.
This show although being held in Varen will be for everyone in the area to come and partcipate, and we hope you will all come and enjoy the friendly face of Varen.
The show will certainly have categories for vegetables,fruits, flowers, bread, cake and jam making, handicrafts including patchwork, photography and a really interesting childrens section. When we have finalised all the details this page will be written in French, but we are sure you will understand oignons, haricots verts, courgettes avec fleurs etc.
