Your readers may be interested to know that Windows XP will no longer be supported or updated by Microsoft after the 8th of April.
This means that there will no longer be security updates for the operating system which will make it more vulnerable to threats.

They are trying to make people get rid of their old PC s and buy new ones with a newer faster different version of windows, this has two problems - financial and the need to relearn how to use the new computer. To someone who has come to computing late in life (like my mother) this is a big deal!
