So many dogs in France that there are no homes for.

A very kind hearted doggy person has asked me to put on a post about 40 dogs in a South Tarbes SPA needing homes with in a month or they will be put to sleep. It is a sad tale but the post is a long one. I thought it better to ask you to contact South Tarbes SPA if you can adopt or foster  a dog.
