Today the story in the Depeche

Some of our lovely lads being helped by members of the Croix Rouge who have been on hand helping with the team of benevoles. The boys who have suffered so much are benefitting from a calm warm beautiful situation at Rehoboth.  Health issues will be sorted this week; a van will come on Thursday to take chest x rays and I am going to make sure by the end of the week the boys all have shoes that fit their feet.
For all their hardships we are still finding they still like  fun and have a zest for life.  Joanne  Nebbia who has a music school at Gaillac took up a guitar and recorders and we realised that there were musicians  amongst them. More instruments needed so a band can be formed, and one lad says he is a singer.
I am getting frantic emails from the team , as discussed with Malc the boys want to arrange a cricket match.  Who could make up a multi national cricket team?
There is also a Pakistani who wants to cook and we are hoping to get the lads organised to look after themselves with us as back up helping with French lessons, outings, games etc. Learning about France and the French way of life is important and they are all keen to throw themselves into their new life.
