One thousand and forty four people looked at TAG yesterday. I hope they all enjoyed photos of the refugiés. It is a real Christmas story for us, helping to care and give shelter.
We never thought at the beginning of the year we would be involved in anything like this, infact we were going for our first quiet life in a long time by not renting the gite.
Quiet life has gone out of the window and who knows who will be with us next year.
A friend we both knew in our teenage years contacting us on facebook said " saving dogs and refugees is quite lefty, " I replied " if caring means you are lefty then we tick that box"
All my life I have voted liberal and I still believe the middle path is the way, extremes left and right cause trouble in my opinion.
I would like to think people of all political divides have humanitarians amongst them and I know from the donations we have received this is true.
