Wondering what to do for Christmas we had spoken to friends who a couple of years ago had booked our favourite hotel in Llafranc in the Costa Brava for three days over Christmas, straight out from the door onto the beach and with heavenly views. They had a great time and the price was not exorbitant so we enquired.
Three nights bed, breakfast and evening meal. When we got the reply it was nearly 1,000 euros making Christmas eating expensive.( well it is only euros and actually is Christmas) Anyway
Malc emailed back to check and got this reply and it includes one of the best rooms with sea view and half board.

The price for the pack (3 nights) per room (2 people) is: 568€, with taxes
Well that is an exceptional deal so we will be going to Spain for Christmas. The house will not be empty as we will have as always house sitters.
Anyone else up for three days in Spain?
