Wow, what a glorious day blue on blue.
Once again thank you to all the lovely people who are being so supportive - because of you our donations pot now holds e410 which will be spent on builders plastic & timber once we get to Calais, this fantastic & really useful amount of euros will make so much possible on the ground. Amongst the mountain of clothes, bedding, shoes etc that you have also donated are about 25 duvets & sacks of blankets which we will take up with us to line & help insulate shelters, all other donations will be safely stored here & will be going East on November 2nd to places where the situation is appalling so please keep donations keeping. The volunteer coordinator for the Help Calais group sounds great so today we feel full of hope for good things. We will be in touch over the course of the week with photo's & information.
