We will be spit roasting a turkey in front of the kitchen fire with slivers of black truffle from Lalbenque under the skin. This makes a more tender, juicy and tasty version than any I have ever had....only three of us, but looking forward to the tranquility apart from the cracker moment....How many will you be?
