On the news and radio this morning, these ignorant gendarmes have an altercation with a disabled man. They had parked their police car next to a disabled spot not leaving any space for the man to wheel his chair in and get out and then after waiting half an hour the gendarmes were less than helpful. They have got their come uppance when the man had his phone on in his pocket and they have now been seen by millions of people on you tube.
