Cheer up Malc
You don't know how lucky you are Malc. My 3 years in Music College studying the classical guitar opened up new musical worlds for me. I couldn't get on with the piano it was far too difficult to lug up the stairs for my lesson.
As for piano concerti, I have been to Dunfermline many a time and played the Carnegie Hall. It's no great shakes really.

Val says Thanks for that Charles but Malc is still going to exercise everyday on the piano, still keep up with his finger exercises and still keep on trying.
