The talk is all of Christmas cakes

It's that time of year again! Christmas cakes
I've got 4 maturing at the moment.
This is a gorgeous recipe and you can use any dried fruit that you like as long as the total weight is the same.
If you want it richer and darker swap golden syrup for black treacle

I'm off to San Francisco for some sight-seeing and shopping and will of course be loading up at Tesco
before I come back!
