The plant swap at Espiemonts

Dear Val
I've just been reading TAG and I'm really pleased to hear that you're coming to the plant swap tomorrow. I'm also happy to let you know that Terri Tippet will also be joining us.
Also, I had some interesting feedback from a friend saying that she didn't think all people understood the principle of dividing perennials and might think they're expected to bring along nearly purchased plants in pots.
So just to clarify: any well established perennial plants in your garden can be dug up and split into two or more pieces. This is good for the plant as it prevents it from becoming too congested - and you get free plants!
You can then replant any of the pieces that you want to, in the same or a different location, and can bring along any spare pieces to swap for different plants. No need for posh wrappings, you can bring it as it is or wrap it in a bit of newspaper if you like, but if you can, do please label it (Latin,  English or French).
See you tomorrow!
Love Debbie
Val says  Can I add Debbie that you are still welcome I know without plants to swap as there are usually plants to spare and there will also be plants to buy.
