In Albi, five boys, the eldest being 19 will be coming up before the courts and at the moment are being held in detention. They had set on fire 29 cars; where were the parents or guardians whilst they were doing this? My parents would have known if I had been doing something like this, have times changed so much? As I am writing this, on BBC is a story about Gordon Ramsey having a camera in his daughter’s bedroom to check she was doing her homework... one step too far perhaps.
