Cooking tips from Glynis

Lemons getting a bit dry? Never throw lemons away. Pop them in the freezer -
you can still zest them from frozen and if you leave them to defrost for 2 or 3 hours
you can use the juice - they will be mushy but still great tasting

 
Invest in an oven thermometer. You will be surprised how much temperatures can vary
