I have just been reading the Times about a breed of giant French donkeys Baudet de Poitou. Evidently they can grow to 16hands high. There is a woman in Hampshire who has rescued several and may be breeding them.

So funny receiving two emails about this story. They are beautiful donkeys but I have my hands full with two little girl donkeys without thinking of giant donkeys.
