Pierre Cohen, Le Maire de Toulouse had his scooter stolen in the Empalot region of Toulouse. He had gone to open / start the programme of demolition on a building in the area. He returned to find his scooter missing which had in the panier on the back his computer and briefcase. I bet the gendarmes tutted at his negligence
