Reminder about the next folk'n'jazz night which is on 30th May in the salles de fetes at Le Riols. The evening is to be compered by Ian who has been busy searching for new musicians to entertain us. As well as the regulars ( with some new collaborations) we are promised some new faces including a French accordian player.
Feel like having a go yourself? All you need to do is to turn up before 8pm on the night with a song/tune or two ready. It's a relaxed setting with a friendly audience so a good place to take the plunge if you haven't performed in public before ( or it's been a while! ). Better still contact Ian atfolkjazz82@outlook.com so that he can plan the evening programme in advance.
This will be the last evening at le Riols before our summer " al fresco" season starts. Following the success of the outdoor events last year each month the evening will be held in different gardens/courtyards generously opened by their owners. More details of these venues to follow but in the meantime hope to see many of you at Le Riols on 30th May.
