Bonus at Villefranche marketAnother cold damp morning at the market in Villefranche but this morning we had a treat. It was a "what are they all looking at?" moment so of course we had to find out! A bird watching group had telescope focussed on the church tower so that everyone could have a close up view of a peregrin falcon feeding its two babies. Unfortunately I only had my small camera with me but the view through the telescope was amazing. Sue Carter
Val says His colour is quite different to the kestrels who are much more white, brown and salmon pink
