Poldark was a romantic novel written by Winston Graham made in to a TV series, it was set in Cornwall and was screened to viewers from 1975 to77
Robin Ellis who played the character of Poldark now lives and cooks near Lautrec which I think is near Castres. He is offering residential cookery courses and holidays and has written one cookery book on diabetic cooking and has another ready to be published on healthy eating.
