La Chorale d'enfants et le groupe Vocal Ado

Well yes, it was Grease I went to see and it was so charming and touching. The hall at Espinas was full to bursting, so I hope other TAG readers were there to enjoy it. The youngsters singers, actors and orchestra were great. We realised quite quickly the families were there supporting youngsters and in some ways it was like a very well produced school play. As we went out I talked to a couple of people who were also touched by the efforts of the young. The adaptation and  musical direction was by Marie Line Gourmand and Jean Louis  Delage, assistant Patrick Decombe and choreography Patricia Gaurand. The stars were Pauline Fournié in the role of Sandy and well nigh impossible to find the name of the young male star on the programme, we have decided it must be David Dumont in the role of Davy Mudom who was the Danny in the film. Seems a bit sad to have all the musical directors so clear and then not give more attention to the names of the main characters at  the beginning of the programme. Ah! we have just found a list of songs and singers on the back page so we are right with the names of the two stars and Margot Mulès also deserves a mention for a vibrant performance.
Apart from that niggle, a great evening well produced.
