It was a night of laughter last night and in the group a French friend sitting next to me (a second homer from Paris) kept telling me things from French news he thought I would not know.
I think he was astounded how much Malc and I were " au courant" with. Ask us about English news and you may catch us out, but Malc and I and hopefully all you readers have at least the basics of knowledge of what is happening in our adopted country.
