The only way I can manage posting each day is to have a selection of posts kept at the ready in drafts. For example if we are having a lunch or an evening out I can select a post which is ready in waiting just to be posted. It has to be current and I do sometimes look and think, dash it that post has missed its slot. Did you know I was that devious?
