Donkey dilemma

It was pouring with rain at 7.30am this morning as I wrapped up to go and let the hens out and feed the donkeys. When I arrived at the stable the two boys Filou and Napoleon / Coco were tucked warmly inside on the newly laid hay bed I put in yesterday. My girls Rosie and Lucy were trying to shelter tucked up against the walls of the hut ... but on the outside. There is room inside for 4 but they are all still a bit unsure about being in a tight group.
Dare I ask Malc if we can extend the stable?
The other hut at the opposite end of the field is available but they all want to stay together.
As I am writing this I have just checked them out through the salon window and the four are all in the new stable so perhaps it is going to work.
I love those donkeys, even in the rain. My time spent with them so relaxes me and the cares of the world slip from my shoulders, it is " my donkey therapy" time.
