On a stretch of motorway between Castres and Toulouse a car was clocked going 202 km/h on a 110 km/h stretch. Apparently the speeding record for that stretch is 234km/h by a Renault Clio but a "sport" model, that was in Nov. 2010. I hope this record published in the Depeche does not encourage young racers to try and beat it.
