Following her very successful event in the library in 2012 award winning author Carol E. Wyer is coming back to give us a talk featuring her new and fifth book ‘How not to Murder your Grumpy’ which is being published on June 1st. Her talk will include the importance of laughter in our lives, her research into the psychological benefits of laughter which was triggered by the interest shown in her ‘Phil’ character featured in her first two novels, and how she uses laughter in her own work and writing. She will of course give a short reading from this her latest book.
Carole E. Wyer was featured in ‘Woman’s Own’ as a best-selling author, her first book ‘Mini Skirts and Laughter Lines’ was an Amazon No. 1 bestseller and received in total five awards, and she received a further award for her follow up novel ‘Surfing in Stilettos’. Her latest book has been featured on NBC television and numerous radio shows. She is a writer for Huff Post.com.
Signed copies of her books will of course be available to buy – it should be a lively and interesting event.
