For all those Fifi ladies who have just had sushi lessons read on.

Rachel Beller dieticien from America, the Depeche says English but they often confuse us! has written a book slamming sushi for slimmers. The headline in the Depeche reads " More calories than a Big Mac" Rachel's book "Eat to lose, eat to win" says sushi gives you an overdose of calories, and one small sushi portion contains between 290 and 350 calories and the quantity of glucides is equal to four slices of bread. Google search the book if you find it hard to believe. It is like  everything delicious, still nice for a treat.
