I love the laid back life style, not necessarily good for business I know, but when you have worked hard all your life and going slow is now the lifestyle you want, fitting in here is easy. I actually like the two hour lunch idea and no longer rile when the workmen go off for the leisurely lunch, c'est normale. The shops close for two hours at lunch time, c'est normale and you adjust your life to it. Restaurants can serve in a leisurely fashion but we are not in a rush and neither are the other diners, the pace, c'est normale. Go on tell me what you love.
