In flats at Toulouse a woman age 31 years had a baby she then took the baby and threw it into the poubelle in their quarter Empolat.
The next day she went to the central commissariat in Toulouse to tell the story. Sadly the baby is presumed dead as it could not be instantly found. The woman is being charged with infanticide, killing a minor under 15.
What a truly sad event.
