Tonight we got a phone call from Katy pet rehomer of St. Antonin, she in turn had received a call from a local vet at Parisot.
The call was urgent.
An English couple living in the Caylus area because of serious health issues need to go back to the UK in two weeks time, definitively. The couple have two adorable cats brother and sister, they are sterilised but not with up to date vaccinations. It is hard to know what to do when you are in poor health and need to get urgent treatment. The couple would keep the cats but will be going to rented accomodation.
This is where we come in. Amongst all our readers there must be someone who could take the cats, obviously keeping them together would be the ideal, but in an emergency they could be separated. ( last resort) Now I have faith in my readers as a load of cat lovers. We want the couple to go back to the UK and face their health issues without worrying about the demise of the cats. Who is there that could come to the rescue. I have contacted the couple and they sent me this info. on the cats and pictures will also be coming.

This is Spider & Molly, brother and sister, Spider doesn't like the dark or being alone, he is very attached to his sister and she keeps him reminded of who's boss. They are both sterilised and a bit skittish until they get to know you. Both are very nosey and love to explore, but neither of them have any road savvy. Spider has a constant worried expression but loves old trainers or shoes. Molly likes a cuddle but only when she allows it. They have been lovely pets and we are going to miss them dreadfully. I do hopeyou can find them a lovely new home. It would mean so much to us.

Val says I have been reminded that it is illegal to advertise cats that are not chipped. The cats will be chipped before changing hands.
