The great night we had here last year is going to be repeated, yes Picnic in the Park is organised. The great jazz group Martins Jazz Band are coming again to play in a relaxed convivial setting at Mas del Sol.
We will wine and dine in a " chic" Henley on Thames " or "Glyndebourne " concert picnic in the park type atmoshphere.
This year we will erect the marquee in advance just to be on the safe side but it will not be needed as last year the sun shone on the righteous( that is all of us) and it will shine again this year on us all enjoying ourselves and raising money for Via Sahel Enfants d' Afrique.
The evening will be run on the same lines as last year as it was so successful, we even had the Mayor saying how much he had enjoyed it along with over 120 others.
Tickets will be 15 euros ( band costs to be covered) For those who want a table it will be an extra 10 euros for a table and 6 chairs. For those happy to bring tables, chairs, candelabra, picnic rugs, valets and waiters feel free. Children are welcomed to this party atmosphere, the pool will be open and children under guidance of their parents can come for a swim before the start of the music. The gates will be open at 6 pm and music will start around 8 pm.
Tickets need to be booked speedily as we are limiting numbers to 130. We know so many people at TAG and supporters of Via Sahel that better be safe than sorry on ticket booking.
