There is big advertising board in Laguepie flashing up things happening in Laguepie. This morning it flashed up "by order of the Mayor, owners of dogs had to pick up their pooh." It actually said "Proprietaires de chiens ramassent les dejections: arreté du 14 avril 2014"
It does need to be taken seriously.
