I have paid my taxes all my life in the United Kingdom. Here in France the Winter tempreture can and does fall to MINUS 13-20. I need my Winter fuel Allowance to buy wood to keep warm. I am now 86 - what right do you have to take this benefit away from me. I now live in greatly reduced circumstances. I need every penny that I have earnt whilst working and paying my contributions.
