I have just had a telling off from a friend for leaving lonely Penny the hen on her own. To other readers who might worry about her lonely state, when we get back from the Costa Brava after half term we will buy two friends for her. It is nice to know some of you are as daft as me, listen the story about Penny the bemused hen got 4 ticks, she appears to have her own following now!
For any thieves reading we have very reliable house sitters in situ whilst we are away.
