How is this for a kind act.
Spotted in a field near to where they live, a limping donkey with slipper feet. You know the sort of sabots I mean where they curl up at the ends, giving the donkey excruciating pain.
They contacted me to ask the name of a blacksmith and they are going to check it is alright with their farming neighbour/ friend and pay for a visit from Yves Rotte the blacksmith.
Now that is a donkey story I am happy to write and read about.
