Pretty girl but she has tatoos

Elected to the title " Miss Toulouse" but unable to be put forward to The Miss Midi Pyrenees title.
Ornella Bellorti has visible tatoos so breaking the  beauty competition rules. 
Old fashioned me, who really dislikes tatoos, thinks, they do not add to ones beauty, defacing your beautiful skin. Others may not agree.
