Trains are mainly on strike today, we know as we have researched transport getting into Toulouse.
More positive news is the skies are clear at the moment, not raining but will it last?
Our wonderful cleaner Laetitia yesterday saw our baby kestrels whilst cleaning the windows. She was very excited even though she has seen them the last six years at least. We all have the same excitement when the fluffy little bundles are first spotted. They start off a mass of grey fluff and then quickly lose the fuzz and develop wonderfully marked feathers. The parents as well as bringing in lots of juicy tit bits spend time cleaning out the nest of debris, which comes jetting out of the hole in the wall.
Malc I am sure will be trying to get the 2016 photos as the birds develop.
